Altamont Raceway Park is a facility with 1/2 mile and 1/4 mile banked paved oval tracks. It is located between Tracy and Livermore, CA.
Shasta Raceway Park is the home of the Win-River 150. A beautiful 3/8 mile banked paved oval, located south of Redding in the town of Anderson at the Shasta District Fairgrounds. ;

Steve Smith Autosports Publications
Steve Smith Autosports Publications Website. They publish numerous technical books on racing. I have been using two of their books: Street Stock Chassis Technology and Building the Pro Stock Late Model Sportsman.
You can order online from this site, and look at some of their products. I've had good experience ordering from these folks! Their new website design is a little tricky, but very good!
